Part of a team that characterizes cellular phones for Agilent Technologies. Added additional functionality to existing test code written in Visual Basic to communicate with the test equipment, processed data retrieved and determined changes to make in the test parameters.

Designed and implemented a system used for clinical hyperthermia treatment. Involved low-level driver/environment programming, high- level GUI creation, and hardware interfacing via custom or market controllers.

-Maintained and migrated an old billing to a new system being implemented by our team. Involved knowledge of C, PERL, mSQL, ORACLE, and FreeBSD.

-Created an order tracking system for new orders. Involved processing mailboxes, interfacing with a MySQL database via PERL and a GUI front end.

-Designed customer service quality assurance software for use in monitoring emails and phone calls. Involved the use of an authentication schema, MySQL, PERL and javascript.
